Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy with IMPORTED ITEMS ONLY, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship the item back to us 7 days after receiving it. NO ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED AFTER 7 DAYS.
Items only eligible for a return due to damage on our behalf. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Any Custom made items that have damage issues or defect .
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and proceed with the correct actions. YOU HAVE 24-48 AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ITEM TO CONTACT US OUTSIDE OF THAT TIME PERIOD WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CORRECT THE ISSUE.
If there is determined we are at fault for any issues with your garment. THERE IS A 48 hour PERIOD TO SHIP THEM BACK TO US. IF YOU FAIL TO SHIP THEM BACK IN 48 HOURS AFTER WE DECIDED TOO THAN WE CAN NO LONGER FIX ANY ISSUES .
Custom Items can be returned. A shipping label will be emailed to you from the email we were contacted from, and the item will be corrected and shipped out to you immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such custom made Abayas) Please choose the right size and height when ordering custom made, If you choose the wrong size and the abaya is to small and you need the abaya adjusted in size you will be CHARGED A FEE FOR NEW FABRIC AND PROCESSING PERIOD. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges occur to our discretion , exchanges are for the same amount or a item of a lesser value. Imported Items CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED FOR A CUSTOM MADE ITEM
