Shipping policy

1. All items are Custom made . NOT PREMADE 

1 Item take 7 -14 Business days to be processed 2 items can take up to 14 Business Days  , 3 or more items can take up to 3 weeks 4 or more items can take up until 4weeks after they are purchased.BUSINESS DAYS DONT NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS 

All imported Abayas are shipped out within the next 3 days after purchase. Weekends are not included in the process. All imported items ship out within 72HRS Monday - Friday.

2. Tracking info will be emailed once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping fee is applied to each order at the time of checkout.

4. Once your order is shipped and you have tracking information. HOS ( HOUSE OF SALAAM ) IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER .UNITED STATES POSTAL / UPS IS NOW THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY.

5. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST , LATE, OR DELAYED . HOS ( HOUSE OF SALAAM ) WILL ASSIST AND TRY TO HELP YOU TO THE BEST OF MY ABLITIY TO RECOVER YOUR PACKAGE AND GET IT DELIVERED TO YOU.

6. IF YOUR PACKAGE CANNOT BE RECOVERED PLEASE CONTACT UPS/ USPS AND FILE A INSURANCE CLAIM , USING YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. ALL OUR PACKAGES ARE INSURED.
